- Q: How will I know if my house would be appropriated?
A: You can call the consulting firm at 0-2259-6575 ext.608 (Khun Pathompath), and give them your title deed number. The firm will be able to tell you right away. However, at this preliminary stage, things are still subject to change.
- Q. How much compensation will we receive if our house is appropriated?
A: Compensation will be decided on the basis of the Royal Act on Immovable Property Expropriation, BE 2530 (1987) .
- Q: When will the project start?
A: The project feasibility study is expected to be completed in December 2005. After that, the findings will be submitted to the Cabinet for further approval.
- Q: Only a quarter of my house is included in the project's master plan. Is there a way to reduce the size of the site so that the whole house doesn't need to be torn down?
A: Areas shown as unused in the project plans have been set aside for possible future expansion and in accordance with the law. Otherwise, they are being used as environmental buffers.
